According to a new study, Transcendental Meditation twice-a-day may help people with HIV feel better. The first-of-its-kind randomized controlled study, published in the journal AIDS Care, compared a group of meditating HIV patients with those not practicing meditation. Participants who learnt TM got sick less frequently, were less fatigued and more energized, and had better general health and physical functioning.
