Your TM course includes a number of ‘check-up’ sessions to enrich your understanding and experience.
This is to ensure that you are gaining maximum from your practice.
These are over the first 6 months and are by appointment.
After these 6 months, you are welcome at any time to make an individual ‘checking’ appointment as you may need.
